Leon Haslam chats live on MBT!

British Superbike Contender and all round popular bloke Leon Haslam came by for a pre season chat with Tony Carter right here.

Yes, on Thursday 3rd April, Leon Haslam was in the studio for an online chat. The chat was live and fully interactive, allowing you to submit your questions and have them answered live on air.

You can see what happened in the chat here!

Leon Haslam, talented son of a talented father, at the launch of the new HM Plant Fireblade

Leon is a deservedly popular rider - he's utterly committed, rides everything like he stole it and is refreshingly short of the political niceties that are in danger of making our sport a soulless shadow of its former self.

In short, he tells it like he sees it and doesn't seem to be too worried about the consequences. Fortunately he's got the talent to get away with it and the personality to leave people smiling afterwards.

The British Superbike season kicked off the next weekend (actually it didn't because of the snow,, otherwise it would have done), and although we don't cover it in depth because they won't give us press passes (we're only an online mag, you see, so our 160,000 readers don't count) we still have a keen interest in what goes on.

So follow the link above to see what came about. It's a regular link so your corporate firewalls shouldn't throw a wobbly about it. Which means that you can do something useful and interesting while you're at work.

Just remember to take some headphones into the office with you - like most conversations it'll lose something without sound...

Here's the link again - see what happened and what you missed out on here!
