If you are looking for different CDI units etc you need to get on ebay, type in your model of scooter, click on the motorcycles parts and accessories link on the left of the screen then scroll down to the bottom of the list and click on items for sale in other countries. there are usually lots of performance parts for peugeot scooters in france!
To be honest I usually find that perfomance increases in this type of machine are easily gained by fitting diffent sized balls in the expanding pulley, a bigger carb and making sure there is no restricting washer in the exhaust. This can sometimes be found just inside the exhaust where it mounts to the cylinder or, more often, takes the shape of a small exit/baffle aperture in the silencer.
My middle son raced a Malaguti in the junior Auto Cadet grasstrack class. I fitted a 17mm carb. instead of the 14mm original and increased the silencer pipe to 16mm internal diameter (which then had approx. the same area as the exhaust port) this increased power output from 1.5bhp to 2.8bhp. An increase of approx 86%. I'm sure you would agree that this is significant. He now races a Husky boy and again I have fitted a bigger carb (21mm as opposed to a 19mm) this increases the area by approx. 22% and gives a power increase of around 20%.
Just by improving the volumetric efficiency in this way you can gain a significant power advantage, afetr which, it may be unnessecary to fit an expensive CDI unit.
